To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. Instead, our system considers things like how recent a review is and if the reviewer bought the item on Amazon. It also analyzes reviews to verify trustworthiness.
I got this for my mom for her birthday. I helped her put music on her cell phone, but ran out of storage from the main phone itself a month or two ago (she isn't tech savvy enough to do streaming music). I was a little leery since this card is a lot less expensive than what I've paid for others in the past, but I checked it on my phone before giving it to her as a present and it worked perfectly in my phone and in hers. I haven't completely filled it up, but it seems to be the genuine amount of storage it claims to be and we haven't had any issues with the phone accessing music or it being slow to transfer files.
This device has good performance for the price. gnome-disk reported read speeds up to ~94 MB/s, and write speeds around 22.6 MB/s . When writing the raspberry pi image the card, I saw speeds closer to 5 MB/s writes, your mileage may vary.
I'm attaching the benchmarks from gnome-disks uility. Overall, I'm satisfied with the value.
Doesnt work after a a few months. Ive tried countless times reformatting it on the computer, with different cameras and nothing. It doesnt store media, it freezes two different dash cams, my dslr doesnt detect it, neither of my 3 home security cam can detect it neither. It worked fine the first few months... but not anymore.
