I was going to purchase the Cricut Brite Light for the weeding of my projects but saw it would take a week to receive. Happen to see this light at more than a third less in price and thought why not! Boy am I glad, this was an excellent purchase ! And I saved at least fifty dollars! Great investment and does the same as the higher priced name brand!
Just received mine today and will be returning. It won’t even turn on. I’ve tried everything from pressing and holding the power button, just tapping it, adjusting the brightness in hopes that maybe it was just turned all the way down after pressing the power button, and I’ve tried multiple outlets in my house including power strips. This is complete garbage. I’ve been searching for weeks trying to find the perfect size and quality and thought this would be it. Clearly I was wrong and now just wasted time and money.
Was really looking forward to receiving this light box, it is light and compact, BUT the switches on the left side of the unit do not work. I can get the unit to light by unplugging it and the plugging it back in. I am going to return the unit.
I purchased this item on February 3 and received it within a few days. Today is April 25 and the item has quit working. The listing said it has a two year warranty but there is no place in the add to contact the seller. I will definitely not purchase from this seller and would recommend my friends to avoid them.
I was so disappointed with this. It would not stay in the socket. I had to tape it down to my table to get it to work and half the time it would work and half the time it would not. I would never purchase this product again or recommend it to anyone.
Shortly after using this light box it began blinking on and off. The cord going into the box seems to not be connected well inside the unit. There is no way to get in and fix it. Now it is off more than on and unusable......I didnt try using it in time to return .....Im out the money.
I was excited to receive this light pad. Happiness went ahead rather quick as around 3 weeks later it started having an circuit cut around the cable area and was turning off very often. Got to sent it back. It's a shame, I really liked it.
It is so bright you don't even need another light on! Unfortunately it was not as easy to see the lines on 651 or 631.. I havent had to use it on HTV yet but I don't think it would matter. I love it but I have to use a small lamp at an angle to find the lines that the trace pad doesn't get.
Worked great for 3 months, then for no apparent reason when I turned it off, the light started to blink about once every 5 seconds. Even after disconnecting from the wall socket, it continued for another 3 or 4 blinks. I left it disconnected from the power supply overnight in the hope that it would maybe reset, but no luck. Every time I plug it into the wall, it blinks, but won't turn on. VERY disappointed!! I'll see if customer service can help and maybe update.
