I seriously doubt these "sad videos" have inspired anybody to make any changes, especially when the content can be viewed as a form of exploitation of the situations of those involved. Have you ever seen those "Feed the Children" ads on TV? To me, they reak of exploitation,and serve a purpose of financial gain. Sure, some people are duped into giving their money to these causes, but where does the money really go? Are these types of videos really inspiring people to make positive changes?
